The ILIAS self-study module “Competence Reflection” allows you to systematically reflect upon the transferable skills you have acquired in academia. The outcome of the competency reflection may serve as a basis for the individual tailoring of the certificate program “Leadership, Management, Science Communication and Transfer”. Moreover, it may sharpen your focus concerning your future career decisions.

The competency reflection is a mandatory part of the certificate (6 AE) but can also be used independently of the certificate for self-coaching.
