Navigating Challenging Classroom Moments – Prevention and Response Strategies for University Teachers

Format: Online-Workshop
Target Group: Teaching staff

Teaching may confront you with moments that can feel difficult to manage – from technical glitches to unexpected questions or low engagement. This workshop focuses on how to navigate such situations with confidence and clarity.

We will explore strategies for preventing challenging dynamics, as well as constructive ways of responding when they arise. Through reflection, exchange and practical input, participants will gain new perspectives that help support a positive and respectful learning environment.

The workshop is designed for university teachers from all disciplines who wish to strengthen their repertoire in handling challenging classroom moments while maintaining a supportive atmosphere for both students and themselves.
